Faz specializes in instructional design, coaching new managers and facilitating learning for trainers in Train-the-Trainer programs.

As Principal Consultant, Faz supports the design, development and delivery of competency-based training and development programs. Prior to her ComPas career, her 22-year HR and Talent Development experience spanned various industries such as education, technology, consulting and engineering, with her latest role being the Group Head of Talent for AirAsia. Leading succession management across the AirAsia group, she was responsible for development initiatives to build the talent pipeline. This included mapping behaviour descriptors to the core values and setting up the group-wide talent assessment and calibration process.

Her entry into the world of learning and development was the KLIA project, where she was part of the pioneer team managing the training for end-users and system administrators in 7 of the 21 Total Airport Management Systems (TAMS) of the airport. This expanded to writing training manuals, reports, designing and facilitating training sessions, and developing trainers.

Faz is passionate about employee experience and internal branding. She explored this passion in her previous consulting roles, designing and implementing initiatives including brand ambassador programs to help leadership teams drive change and cascade positive behaviors throughout the organization.
